Your contact details will be retained to enable us to inform you of any amendments to the application and to advise you of any appeal received relating to the application.
Your representation will not be published on-line but the whole planning file, including your representation, will be open to public inspection and copies of your representation may be made available to third parties on request. Your name will not be relevant to the determination of the application but your address will be important to determine the significance of the impact of the planning proposal and may be referred to in the Committee/Delegated report relating to the application. This report is published on-line. The Council will provide The Planning Inspectorate with a copy of your representation if an appeal is received relating to the planning application.
The legal basis for processing your information is it is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest.

We are currently having some technical issues with Public Access. We are working to resolve the problem and will endeavour to make the system available as soon as possible.
PublicAccess v 7.4 is compatible with many Internet browsers, however some mapping functionality may not display correctly on browsers other than Microsoft Internet Explorer v5.5 or above.
Please be aware that whilst every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the information, the planning information contained within the site is at present incomplete and must not be used as a substitute for carrying out a formal 'Local Land Charges' search.
You should also be aware that there are issues relating to the integrity of the underlying property database. Duplicate properties and history trails may exist, and you should therefore exercise care. Boundaries shown on the Ordnance Survey mapping and implied through planning applications do not necessarily relate to land ownership. The council does not hold records of private land. All queries related to land ownership should be directed to HM Land Registry.
No responsibility will be taken for any errors or omissions in the planning history information obtained from PublicAccess for Planning. Similarly, the information in PublicAccess for Planning does not in any way constitute a formal notification of a planning decision, and as such any actions taken as a result of information displayed on the site are undertaken entirely at the viewer's own risk.
Plans, drawings and material submitted to the council are protected by the copyright acts (Section 47, 1988 Act). You may only use material that is downloaded and/or printed for consultation purposes; to compare current applications with previous schemes and to check whether developments have been completed in accordance with approved plans.
