Homes ready to rent

You can now sign up for email alerts to be informed when new homes are available for rent. We also offer subscriptions to other council services and news.

We have a number of homes that are ‘ready to rent’.  You can view details and photographs of these properties using the following link.

Some property types are described as specifically for certain age groups and family sizes so you may not be able to be considered for all of the properties. However, if you are not sure and want to check give us a call and we will let you know.

Apply to go on the housing register

If you do not want to consider any of the 'ready to let' properties you can still register on the Common Housing Register. To do this you will need to complete a our online Common Housing Register application form.

You should note however that you may have to wait for some time before we will be able to house you. To give you some idea of how long you may have to wait, you can use our Housing Prospects guidance. Alternatively, contact Housing Allocations and Advice for further advice.
